Hastelloy c276 Fasteners compose of tungsten, chromium, molybdenum, and nickel. This composition makes them excellent resistant to corrosion in severe environments. In reducing the environment, the molybdenum and nickel presence gives them crevice and pitting corrosion resistance. The presence of chromium makes them resistant to oxidizing media. Also, the low content of carbon minimizes the carbide precipitation thus maintaining their corrosion-resistant ability during welding. Moreover, in the heat-affected zone, the formation of grain boundary doesn’t affect the fasteners due to the presence of nickel. Hence, they are workable in chemical process applications.
Hastelloy C276 Fasteners like anchors are available in several types such as kaptoggle hollow wall, lag shield expansion, double expansion shield, hammer drive pin, acoustical wedge anchors, and drop-in anchors. Rivets are also a common fastener that is available in types such as closed-end POP, POP, large flange, countersunk, multi-grip, colored rivets. Structural rivets and tri-fold rivets are also its types. Flat washers, lock washers, fender washers, finishing cup, dock, Belleville conical and backup rivet washers and more. Hastelloy c276 Fasteners nuts are nylon insert lock, keys-K lock; nylon hex jam, knurled thumb nuts, hex machine, heavy hex, hex machine nuts small pattern, and hex finish nuts.
