Alloy 625 sheet plate / structurals exhibit very good restraints welding features. At the time of machining, this grade sheet works harden faster and also at the time of cutting it produces high heat. It assures very good resistant to metal removal due to very high shear strength. The heavy restrained section can be welded conveniently. The mechanical properties of the welding follow the same trend like that of base metal properties. 625 Inconel plates are used widely to satisfy various application needs in different sectors. Many good properties are found in Inconel 625 sheet plate / structurals due to which it has become a right selection for various purposes. It is having high tensile strength, good durability, and mechanical strength, fine surface finishes, anti-corrosiveness, dimensional accuracy, etc. Also, it has resistant ability against SCC, pitting-oxidation, crevice corrosion, etc.
The sheet plate is well tested for quality assurance. The tests done are hardness tests, pitting resistance test, macro-micro test, and flattening-flaring test. More tests such as radiography tests, IGC-PMI tests, and mechanical-chemical tests are conducted. Inconel 625 sheet plate / structurals are wrapped individually by hand and that is for ensuring that the product structure is well maintained during the shipping process. We pack it in plywood cases or pallets for safer shipping.
